Please review the following booking and payment details before booking remembering the personalized nature of designing these bespoke packages. 

Deposit

• A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 USD is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The reservation fee is mandatory for all bookings and is non-transferable.

Payment Options

• Full Payment: You may choose to pay the entire balance upfront when booking. Alternatively, full package payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Scheduled Payment Plan: Alternatively, a payment plan is available; full amount must be settled at least 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the arrival date:
  Refund issued, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the arrival date:
  Refund issued, minus a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date:
  No refund will be issued.
• Full package payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if the trip is scheduled less than 60 days in advance.

*Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances * - 10% :

• Medical emergency resulting in hospitalization (official documentation required)
• Bereavement (immediate family, documentation required)
• Certified unfit to travel (written confirmation from a medical professional)

Refund requests under these conditions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted with appropriate documentation. All information will be confirmed in writing at time of booking. All transactions are securely processed through Fygaro, a trusted payment gateway recommended and used by businesses and financial institutions internationally for its reliability and compliance with global security standards

Activity & Accommodation Transfer Policy

• BEE excursion packages may be transferred to another date under special circumstances, subject to availability and management approval.
• Accommodation bookings are subject to the individual policies of the hotel or accommodation provider. In the event of a change or cancellation, their terms will apply and may override our standard refund policy if their refund is less generous than ours.
• Full details regarding accommodation policies will be clearly communicated at the time of booking, and clients are encouraged to review these terms carefully.
